Cost of shipping:
We currently ship outside the EU. Our company is based in Hungary. We cannot ship COD (cash on delivery) to the UK or Canada due to lack of address. Alternatively, we recommend PayPal as a payment method, which provides customer protection, fraud protection and data encryption for all purchases.

Payment methods:
Payment in the shop is currently made exclusively in US dollars (USD), so customers paying in other currencies should check with their bank for any additional conversion costs to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Shipping:
Packages are sent from China and in most cases they will fit in your mailbox. Delivery time is 6-12 working days. We will send you a notification (E-mail/SMS) when the products are shipped. Delivery is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Returning the products:
If you are not satisfied with the products, please contact us. The return address is H-2621, Hungary, Verőce, Migazzi utca 3. It will take up to 14 days to process your return. If you have any questions, please contact us at morejoyfulllife@gmail.com!
(Note that for hygiene reasons, return is not possible for the insoles.)

Disclosure:
The Government of Hungary has decided to amend Government Decree 335/2012 (XII. 4.) on the detailed rules for the provision of postal services (Government Decree on Postal Services), which makes it mandatory for commercial websites selling goods in Hungary to include the postal (delivery) service provided by Magyar Posta Zrt. as an optional option for the delivery of the goods they sell, from 28 March 2024.

• Delivered to a parcel machine, "Posta Pont" or post office: 990 HUF gross per product
• For delivery at home:
  • Up to 0-10 kg: 1990 HUF gross per product
    
  • 10-20 kg: 2990 HUF gross per product
  • Up to 20-40 kg: 5990 HUF gross per product
